Nate is Great

I know I just posted a political diatribe, but I also wanted to share about Nate. He is figuring stuff out all the time. He sits up, and one of his favorite games is "take stuff out". It is a complicated game, accomplished in the following steps:

Step 1 - Find a box, basket, or container
Step 2 - Military crawl towards said container
Step 3 - Grab container, and proceed to empty the contents
Step 4 - Crawl around and find another container, and repeat.

He is so focused and intense when he does it too. Is is also very strong willed. If he wants to get somewhere, or grab something, it takes major distraction to derail him. He constantly amazes us with what he can do, and what he is always trying to do. We love our little linebacker.

Also, this morning during breakfast Mommy dropped some food on the tray, and before she could wipe it he slammed is hand into it, and that was the coolest thing to him. Food is good to eat, but NOW it is fun to play with. And for a kid who feeling things is his number one hobby (second only to "take stuff out"), it made his day. Hopefully new pictures will be up this week, so check back here or the Family Website for new ones.
