Park Pics

This morning Nathan and I met our great friends Milla and Miss Ashlee at the park. I happily snapped pictures of the kids as they played only to return home and discover I'd forgotten to put the memory card in my camera. Lovely. Fortunately, Ashlee is far better about picture taking than I am. Here are a few of her great shots...

Weekend Fun

ToTo and TaTa visited us this weekend, which was great fun. The weather was incredible, so we spent as much time outside as we possibly could. Nathan also added the word "watch" to his vocabulary, and he took great joy in asking us to "watch" him as he played.

Zoo Adventures

Today it felt as though we had the zoo entirely to ourselves. The cool fall air and great company of our friends made for a wonderful morning...

Using the wagon proved to be infinitely easier than the stroller for getting out to see the animals. I was lucky enough to buy it from a neighbor last weekend for only $8! (I truly almost shed tears over that ridiculously low price — Jason will attest to this.)

Saturday Sunshine

This morning we ventured over to our local farmer's market to enjoy the beautiful weather...

Then we fed the ducks (I think these ducks get fed a lot because they were only semi-interested in our treats). Rather than throwing his bread into the water, Nathan decided it would be better to eat it himself.

"DUCK!"

Next it was on to the park, which was a little wet from our week-long rain storm but still plenty of fun.

This morning we hosted playgroup at our house, which was such fun for Nathan and me. My lack of pictures is admittedly due to chatting, but that is what playdates are for, right?
