Just Today

Nathan is recovering from a lovely case of bronchitis this week, so we spent the day laying low at home (not that we really missed being out in the 110º heat). I'm sure it seems as though we never venture out of the house, sick or not, since these appear to be the only times I manage to bring out the camera — ha!

This angel is 15 weeks old today.

Luke enjoys the Bumbo seat a lot, which came as a total surprise to me. I nearly gave it away because Nathan barely used it (his legs didn't fit in it for long, and he never really seemed to love it). Sitting up is the position that Luke likes most, though, so it has been well used lately. Thank goodness I held onto it after all!


It tickles me that Nate's legs were too big to fit in the seat as a baby, but now he easily slides in and out of it.


Later we cleared the toy basket off of the window ledge in our breakfast room, and Nathan decided to use it as a stage for a play. He dressed himself as a king (can't you tell?) and me as a princess. Unfortunately for you, there is no documentation of my amazing costume.
