Blog Neglect

Lately our little blog has struggled to make it to the top of my list —thank you for not giving up on me! Here is a glimpse of what the boys have been up to:

Cowboy Nathan ready for Western Week at preschool
I love coming across Nate's little creations. He is so deliberate when he sets up an environment for play (4 is proving to be a fun age, which is such a gift after all the challenges of 3). Here he had gathered mulch, pebbles, and larger rocks to play Army men...

A park he built and later turned into a highway...

And a parking lot for his vehicles...

He has spent great time with friends, whom we will miss greatly

Awesome 3-D chalk at Aunt Heather's house...

A picnic a the Fort Worth botanic gardens...

Luke's first encounter with finger paint...

An outdoor color scavenger hunt...

We made "glow water" last week, and it was a huge hit. (All you need are a black light bulb, non-toxic highlighter, and water —inexpensive and very cool!)
